The Herald Scottish Family Business Award – Customer Service Excellence 2018

On 5th of December 2018 Mearns & Company was named the winner of The Herald Scottish Family Business award for Customer Service Excellence 2018.

The awards, now in their seventh year, celebrate the success of the diverse, dynamic and innovative family business sector, and the contribution which these firms make to the communities in which they operate and to the wider economy.

We are delighted to have won this award, and to be recognised as a leader in customer service excellence. As these awards celebrate firms which flourish under family ownership, recognising excellence in areas such innovation, customer service and international growth we feel this is a perfect fit for Mearns & Company.

The awards were held in the Radisson Blue Hotel, Glasgow, and twelve of the Mearns & Company team were in attendance. Carol Smilie was the host for the evening, presenting the awards, including our own.
