Mearns & Company was delighted to be named as a winner of the Professional Adviser Best Financial Advisers to Work for 2023 award at Professional Adviser’s annual awards ceremony held in London on Tuesday 25th April 2023. Following a rigorous assessment process, which involved a staff survey and assessment of the company’s employee benefits package and policies, Mearns & Company was named as having achieved this award along with a number of other high performing financial advisory firms across the UK.
As an employer, Mearns & Company was asked to complete an in-depth benefits and policies questionnaire, and all employees were asked to complete a company-wide anonymous survey, administered by the award organisers, Best Companies Group. The survey consisted of 77 statements that employees were asked to respond to along with two open-ended and seven demographic questions. The minimum response rate required on our survey was 80%, and we were delighted to achieve an excellent response rate of 96%.
Best Companies Group and Professional Adviser then reviewed our information and survey data. We were thrilled to find out that we have exceeded their rigorous benchmark standards and won this award.
