Mearns & Company have joined the Consumer Duty Alliance as an associate member firm.  The Consumer Duty Alliance is a professional body set up for the retail financial sector to support companies with the FCA’s Consumer Duty and Financial Vulnerability regulations.

We have committed to following the Consumer Duty Alliance’s Code of Professional Standards,

The Alliance also runs the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce. The purpose of which is to promote greater understanding, encourage appropriate behaviours and establish good practice in respect of consumer vulnerability.

We have committed to adopting the Financial Vulnerability Taskforce’s Financial Vulnerability Charter.
